The bill: “clearly and firmly states that anti-Zionism is antisemitism“. The Anti-Zionism part is troubling and outrageous. Criticizing the political movement known as Zionism that led to the creation of the state of Israel is being equated with anti-Semitism which is hatred toward Jewish people.

Criticizing any political entity or opposing it is well within our liberties. This is one of the natural human rights, which is also recognized under the first amendment.

It is outrageous when the government condemn, limit and suppress our rights to political criticism when it does so to protect itself. It is more reprehensible when the government do it on behalf of another government.
